BY PURCHASING SOLE WELLNESS RETREATS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to SOLE WELLNESS (“SOLE”). By proceeding to purchase any of the SOLE retreats, classes, or any service(s), you (the “user”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, after providing notice to you. The user agrees to be bound by any future amendments made to the Terms and Conditions. The user can review the most current version of the Terms and conditions at any time by accessing the “Terms and Conditions” link on the SOLE website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable.
IF CANCELLING 61 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE: Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds.  
IF CANCELING 60 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE: All payments are NOT refundable.

There are NO refunds available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions, medical, personal, family, work emergencies or change of mind. This includes all Covid-related cancellations (illness, travel, quarantines, lock downs, etc).

COVID 

All deposits are non-refundable. This includes all Covid related cancellations including, but not limited to: flight changes/cancellations/delays, illness, lock downs, quarantines, border closings, travel requirements etc.
SOLE is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid before, during, or after the retreat.

SOLE CANCELLATION POLICY

Retreaters/Guests/Students/Users will be refunded (with the exception of non-refundable deposit) should SOLE need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration, weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions, medical, personal, family or work emergencies. If the retreat is at half capacity or less 90 days prior to the retreat start date, SOLE reserves the right to cancel the event. All deposits are non-refundable, but shall be credited against an alternative retreat.

Users FLIGHT(S) and/or ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION COSTS and/or GENERAL TRAVEL EXPENSES will NOT be reimbursed should SOLE cancel the retreat. The additional purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all Users, and to prevent financial loss.

DISCLAIMERS (ROOMS)

All rooms are first come, first serve based on the booking reservation details, form and deposit being received by SOLE.
If you do not have a roommate you will be paired with another guest who is not yet assigned a roommate. This will be detailed in the relevant room details you have chosen, at the time you make your booking. When booking a shared room, to ensure we can allocate the correct room shares, you will be asked to specify the name of the person you're travelling with. We cannot hold a room with just one reservation made, at the point you have both paid your reservation deposit and completed the booking form, the reservation is complete.

DISCLAIMERS (GENERAL)

The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat (covering room, food).
SOLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.

SOLE is not responsible for airline cancelations, missed flights, or transportation issues prior to the retreat.
A valid passport may be required if you are leaving your home country to attend a retreat. 
Retreat deposit (any amount requested at check out) is non-fundable for any circumstances (including Covid related occurrences). 
You have until 61 days before the retreat to request any refunds (subject to deposit policy).
Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and highly recommended. 
If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest. 
You must pay your total retreat balance at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date (cash is not accepted on arrival).
You must sign and return Liability Waiver and Retreat Contract BEFORE the retreat start date.

THIRD PARTY VENDORS

During the retreats, there will be third-parties providing services, including catering, transportation, and lodging. SOLE is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any of these third parties. Although SOLE strives to provide the best services and products available, SOLE has no control over such third parties and SOLE is not responsible or liable for any products, materials, or services, or the lack thereof. The user further acknowledges and agrees that SOLE is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such third parties, goods or services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All terms of these Terms and Agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The parties hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales with respect to any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to SOLE retreats.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these Terms and Conditions which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable. In lieu thereof, there shall be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.
